Hello and welcome, I am Stacy Pickhardt, your massage therapist for health and wellness.

Creativity within massage therapy as an art form.
MY KNOWLEDGE
Continued pursuit of continuing education in my craft, and compassion and understanding acquired through personal struggles with chronic pain and illness.
MY INTENT
To assist my clients in achieving wellness through massage; and providing them a calming environment in which to escape and feel comfortable and safe during this healing process.
MY LOVE
My desire is to help others in the healing process as I have been. To “pay it forward” and spread love. We all need this. Love is an amazing component of health and without it would be impossible to achieve wellness.
MY STORY
I moved to Pinellas County Florida from NJ in 1998. After working for a series of desk jobs (resulting in chronic back pain and headaches), I desired a career that offered more mobility and creativity. In my previous career, I was a Medical Assistant and I very much enjoyed assisting patients. However, despite having great respect for the nursing profession- I quickly discovered the next step in my career- becoming an RN was too stressful for me.
During this time, medical test after medical test did nothing to provide me relief from chronic pain. On a whim with a friend, I scheduled my first massage therapy appointment. My massage therapist pinpointed ALL the painful spots that had plagued me for years. I asked her a seemingly endless number of questions centered around how to alleviate my issues and I left with answers I’d been seeking for years, and hope of a pain-free future. I’ve been in love with massage ever since. It was this journey that brought me to massage as a career.
Now that I am a massage therapist, I feel I am where I belong. I can now give to others what I have been given.
